Placing Your Order

When you're ready to purchase your AWE Tile, you can place your order directly through our website. In the Order Now section on our website you can select the Tile and auxiliary products you desire and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping address, select a payment method, and confirm your order details before finalizing the purchase.

Order Confirmation

Upon completing the checkout process, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, a summary of the products purchased, the total cost, and an estimated delivery date. Please review this information carefully and contact our customer service team support@AWE-elements.com immediately if any details are incorrect or changes are needed.

Shipping Process

After your order is confirmed, it will be processed and prepared for shipment. Our fulfillment team works diligently to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner. You'll receive a notification once your Tile has left our warehouse, along with tracking information so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep. Within 1-2 days after ordering, a tracking number will be issued by our shipping partner. You can track the status of your order by clicking on this tracking number from the ‘Orders’ section of your account.

Shipping Options and Timescales

We offer the following shipping options to meet various needs and preferences:

  • Standard Shipping: This option is cost-effective and will deliver your Tile within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. For US customers this means 1-2 weeks
  • Expedited Shipping: For an additional fee, you can opt for expedited shipping to receive your Tile more quickly. For US customers this means 2-3 days

Delivery and Receipt

Your Tile will be delivered to the address specified in your order. Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any signs of damage. If everything looks in order, accept the delivery and sign for the package if required. If you encounter issues with the delivery or the product is damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact our customer support for assistance.

International Orders

For customers outside of the US, please be aware that shipping times may be longer, and additional customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.
