You can manage your tile in the My Tiles section of the website. Here you can change choose what to display and give the Tile a title that will be shown on the device. On the My Tiles overview page the tile also has a label that you can use for your own administration, for example specifying the location of the Tile in your house.
Choosing what to display
Changing what to display is straightforward from the dashboard. For some of the display options, such as weather and air quality, we rely on external data providers. And although we work with reputable data providers with global coverage, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the data, nor guarantee there will be continuous data from each location.
The display updates every 20 minutes to save the battery and will be static in between.
The display options include a large single measure display, because that is what you are most interested in or because you prefer large fonts that are readable from afar, multiple measures, or in some cases graphs.
On the website the data that are only available with a subscription are indicated by a lock symbol. The currently available free options include selected weather data, your agenda/calendar, your free notebook and the use of your AWE tiles as a picture frame. We aim to continually expand the display options and would appreciate your input and feedback on the current options, and on what you would like to see.
Unlocking the display for all options costs only US$3 per month. We hope that the time you get back from reduced scrolling is worth more than this monthly fee.

Changing background image
Changing the background image can be done on the bottom of the My Tiles dashboard. And new pictures can be added on the images page.
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account by clicking the person icon in the right upper corner and going to ‘Subscriptions’. See Terms and Conditions for details.
Changing WIFI and Owner
Only the WIFI connection and Ownership (meaning who controls what the screen owns) requires the physical tile. Via the main menu on the tile (the left button) you can change the WIFI or you can change the owner. Please check the manual which describes how to change this.If you like to allow multiple people to manage the display of tile the easiest way would be for you to share the log-in details. At the moment, we do not allow for different accounts to manage a single Tile.
If the current Tile owner has a subscription linked to the Tile you cannot take over the ownership of that Tile unless and until the current owner has deleted that Tile from their dashboard.
