Sharing positive societal impact
A shared environmental milestone, visible at home. A company message that connects everyday work to a wider purpose.

AWE for Business
Help employees feel connected to your company, with a little less noise in their day.
AWE’s branded e-paper tiles can display thoughtful company messages and relevant personal information and help employees switch off, away from the endless distractions of a phone.

The modern human challenge
People can spend a day surrounded by messages and still feel isolated.
Work, news, social feeds and personal life increasingly arrive through the same small screen. Even a quick check of the weather can turn into another interruption. The messages that matter compete with everything else. Personal screens can also isolate people from those around them.
For companies, this creates a difficult balance: helping people feel part of something, while respecting their attention and their life outside work.
Shared achievements, purpose and appreciation can get lost among operational updates. Give the human side of your company a place of its own.
Another app or notification adds to the demands on an employee’s day. AWE puts selected information in view, to be read when and where it suits them.
Something employees choose to keep at home can express care more meaningfully than a branded item that ends up in a drawer—especially when it helps them step away from the noise of their phones and be more present with their families.
AWE in action
Thoughtful messages in real places. See how one or two branded tiles can fit into the rhythm of a home.
Everyday value
Your company’s identity remains part of the object, while employees choose information that matters to them.
Company messages arrive a few times a week, or less. Employees can read them—and perhaps find inspiration in them—as their lives unfold, without another alert or interruption. Once read, the reader can push the reset button, and the Tile will return to its usual display.

Connection & well-being
The opportunity is both practical and emotional: a useful object, a thoughtful gesture and a quieter way to feel part of your company.
Make your people, purpose and shared progress visible. Help employees recognise the community they belong to, including when they work apart.
Put useful information outside the phone. A glance at a tile can remove a reason to enter a world of unread messages, feeds and competing demands.
Create a dedicated space for communication worth reading. Keep it selective, relevant and human, so the company’s presence remains welcome.
The principle is simple: respect the home and the person. Thoughtful content, an agreed cadence and employee choice are central to the pilot—not an invitation to extend the working day.
Explore a pilot
Start with a defined group and a clear purpose. Agree the experience before rolling it out more widely.
Choose your pilot audience and objectives. Agree one or two tiles per employee, a branding direction and how company and personal content will sit together.
Develop the initial messages, employee introduction and setup guidance. Confirm the messaging workflow, responsibilities, delivery plan and commercial terms.
Ask whether employees use the tiles, welcome the messages and find them useful. Evaluate perceived connection and changes in phone-checking habits before deciding on expansion.
Existing AWE foundations: grayscale e-paper displays, Wi-Fi connectivity, rechargeable cordless hardware and personal information functions. Business customisation and messaging requirements are scoped for each pilot.
For HR, internal communications and leaders who want connection and well-being to reinforce each other.
A few details are enough to explore the fit.
A few practical questions
AWE uses a paper-like, non-backlit e-paper display. Everyday content stays in view, without feeds, likes or continuous swiping. Employees use the AWE app or desktop dashboard when they want to set up or change their personal content.
Keep it selective: appreciation, shared achievements, community initiatives, useful company news or a thoughtful message from leadership. Agree a cadence that employees welcome. Urgent work requests belong in your existing operational channels. Some companies might decide to simply consider the tiles a symbolic gift without subsequent sharing of messages.
Yes—the proposition includes everyday personal value, such as weather, calendars, photos, notes and other existing AWE functions. The pilot will define how personal choices and company messages work together.
Pricing depends on the employee group, number of tiles, branding, messaging requirements and delivery arrangements. We will scope the experience and provide a proposal before you commit.
For the pilot we recommend the company to manage the screens in the cloud on AWE software. On a visual dashboard the messages to send to the tiles can be managed, while the employees themselves can simply subscribe to AWE and manage the personal information they wish to see. For the full roll-out we can discuss integration with central IT systems if preferred.
